Shining Force style cinematics
Working towards that Shining Force feel! So many great moments of Shining Force start with a brief cinematic, some scripted dialog, some character movement, camera panning to show the objective, etc. While these can be hand scripted, the goal here is to build out a system of creating gameplay that is robust, quick to test, and doesn't require modifying the script if a character's name, image, or even position in the scene changes.
